Organic Ingredients
Our commitment to the environment begins with sourcing only the highest quality ingredients grown on organic farms. Every single Grandy Organics product. Every. Single. One is certified USDA organic. This means that the land used to cultivate our ingredients has no chemical fertilizers, no pesticides, and no genetically modified seeds. Organic farming has been shown to improve soil health, wildlife habitats and biodiversity. And with nothing artificial, organic ingredients are simply better for you. You can taste the purity with every bite of our premium ingredients – but don’t take our word for it – try it for yourself! We’ll never stray from sourcing organic because we know that organic foods are better for you and better for the planet.
Here's a taste of what goes into sourcing the best.
Oats – Organic oats grown on regenerative farms with minimal waste, all the way through the oat milling process. We use regenerative agriculture practices that help pull carbon from the air and store it in the soil. We are proud to contribute to this ever-growing important process.
Cashews – Our Fair-Trade Certified organic cashew growers have three main goals: to support prosperous farmers and food systems, to participate in and grow thriving communities and to create healthy soils and eco-systems in support of our climate.
Dark Chocolate – Farmers who supply our Fair Trade certified organic dark chocolate share our quality and environmental standards while practicing fair and ethical labor practices. This is, of course, all necessary to earn a Fair-Trade certification. Even the warehouse uses solar energy and high efficiency motors.
Coconut Chips – Our organic coconut chip farmers are Fair-Trade certified because they not only use sustainable organic practices, but they are also engrained in their communities- supporting local schools and hospitals and donating coconut plants and fruits to those in need.
Almonds - A second generation, family owned and operated business that has been in operation in Northern California since the 1980s. These are farmers who take great pride in sustainability when growing our organic almonds. Like us, this family is deeply committed to the organic mission and community around them.
Cranberries – Taking the time to respect nature is a core tenement for our organic cranberry growers in Massachusetts. These farmers believe it is better to do things well than to do them fast and you can taste the difference with our slow-grown cranberries.
