Grandy Organics got its start in the lakes region of Western Maine as a homegrown enterprise. In 1979 a couple of friends tossed around the idea of making delicious granola around a campfire in Baxter State Park. That granola is now sold in over 6,000 doors nationwide and we’ve expanded into organic trail mixes, organic grain free granola and organic nuts. We’re so proud of how far we’ve come and we’re also proud of all of the things that have stayed the same…. especially our Maine roots.

Life in Maine means we have access to some of the most beautiful lakes, mountains, rivers and forests in the world. Not to mention – the ocean. When we aren’t making our delicious organic products to fuel your adventures, we are out enjoying our own adventures. Our bakery even sits on the Saco river so you’ll often find us lunching outdoors. We enjoy such a high quality of life in Maine and we demand high quality, real goodness for our life’s adventures. We expect you want the same so we are delivering.

We like to say we go above and beyond to protect not just our backyard – our Maine parks and trails - but we also recognize the importance of the outdoors and are proud partners of the AMC.
