No-Bake Granola Crust Breakfast Pie

Pi Day math: granola + yogurt = the best no-bake pie! 🥧 Celebrate with a wholesome granola breakfast pie featuring Grandy Organics Honey Nut Granola 🍯🍓 Recipe & Directions below:

For the Crust

  • 2 cups of your favorite Grandy Organics Granola (we used gluten-free Honey Nut here)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

For the Filling

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

For the Topping:

  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup for drizzling
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup additional granola for crunch

Directions:

  1. Place granola in a sealed bag and crush with a rolling pin (Or add to food processor + pulse if you have one)
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed granola with honey. Stir until combined and sticky.
  3. Transfer to a 9-inch pie pan and firmly press it into the bottom and sides
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes (or freeze for 15 minutes) to firm up before adding the filling
  5. In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract until smooth
  6. Arrange fresh berries over the yogurt filling
  7. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness
  8. Sprinkle extra granola on top for added crunch
  9. Serve & Enjoy 🙂
